Our philosophy includes backing-up our innovative products with a committed and dedicated service and support function. ProLoan WorldWide boasts a fully-fledged sales, service, and support team spanning Southern Africa. Our callcentre, operational 6 days a week, assists our clients with technical support and all general inquiries. Our telemarketers in conjunction with our field representatives are in-touch with our clients on a regular basis and assist with the sales, support, training and feedback functions.
TRAINING
We offer a range of training on the use of Proloan WorldWide including on-site training and workshops.
